A friend and I met up for brunch on Sunday at a restaurant named ”Brunch.” We wanted to try as many of their signature dishes as we could. Everything was delicious. We started with the Fat-mosa. We shared the Chilaquiles. She had the Flinstone French toast, and I had the Veggie Tofu Skillet with mini pancakes. I know we could go back instead of trying to order everything. But the leftovers were great too. Definitely make reservations if you plan to go. Wait times could be up to 45 minutes.

It’s restaurant week in Chicago. It’s the perfect opportunity to try out new restaurants by picking something off of there prix fixe menu. We didn’t plan to stop at @parsonschicken but glad we did. I could have a plate of chips and the strawberry cobbler any day.
I wasn't going to share because my head is chopped off, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Eight of the nine pictures are from that time I went to Tanzania and hiked up a mountain. You might have heard of it. Mount Kilimanjaro. 2019 has been an amazing year. Of course, there were some low points. But that's life. The Alba White Truffles are grown in the Northwest Region of Langhe Monferrato Roero Italy. I had the opportunity to try something new. Representatives from Alba Italy tourism gave a presentation about how the locals find the truffles. You can tour wineries, hikes, and cycling. The area is a Unesco heritage site. All of the dishes were tried were delicious. arancino verde tajarin uovo gnocchetti Have you ever eaten White truffles before? I visited Rome over seven years ago. I can't believe it's been that long. I'm excited to go back in March. I'm not sure if I will be in Alba, but it is definitely on the list. #langheroero #monferrato
